Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

• For custom projects, a deposit may be required to secure services. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital products including DIY kits and physical products are not eligible for refunds.

• Custom design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
